Ron is founder and Chief Executive of Transitions UK, an exciting charity set up to address the needs of a “lost generation” of young people. Transitions UK supports young people with learning disabilities, those with mental health and emotional needs, those leaving care and those at risk of offending or criminal exploitation. In Milton Keynes, Transitions UK run the Attain Project for vulnerable young people leaving care.

Ron has previously run a Hospice and a small National Charity, as well as a church. He is passionate about the needs of young people in this country and his vision is to develop Transitions UK into a national charity with a national footprint and a national voice for young people.

In Milton Keynes, Transitions UK run the Attain Project for vulnerable young people leaving care and who need help and support to make an effective transition to independence, employment or next steps education. Vanessa Leroux is the Project Manager.
