Ron is Founder and Managing Director of Implement UK – a Charity Development Consultancy that works to take your charity to the next level. The approach is not simply about an external assessment and report but more about working with you and your senior team to assess and agree necessary development - and then to make those changes happen on a team and resource basis. Adding expertise and experience and supporting your own ambitions and at the level you need.

Ron has previously run a Hospice and several national charities, as well as a church. He is passionate about making a difference to those that most need help and support. Charities supported include those supporting children with serious/terminal illness, digital skills for young people, alternative education and community development, domestic abuse and homelessness.
