Business Networking Meeting - Business Process Design Expert

'10 Minute Tip' by James Rowell - Business Process Design Expert - 7am to 9:15am

James Rowell started his professional career in software development. Writing ‘code’ in strange languages. Having worked for a variety of organisations in both the public and private sectors, James was able to apply problem-solving techniques and creative capabilities to make effective improvements in systems and manual operations.

After gaining some valuable experience, James changed his focus and started to deliver management training. Alongside that he delivered academic learning with Bradford and Buckingham universities in the UK, and internationally in Paris and Istanbul. He’s currently working with Cranfield University.

In 2018 James set up Advent Management to help small and medium-sized business owners like you develop better methods of delivering their service. His consistent approach is to help clients apply Business Process Design techniques. These processes ensure you deliver exactly what your customers want consistently. Now James is writing ‘code’ in languages that business owners and professionals understand. This makes businesses become more effective and more competitive.

James has had great success working with businesses and organisations which are growing. He finds delays and errors that are causing problems and helps to fix them. These businesses realise their processes are causing headaches for themselves and their clients. Fixing them will save you losing valuable existing customers.

Every attendee can claim a free 2-hour review of their organisation and its operation to uncover where improvements can be made. This normally costs several hundred pounds.

Contact James now by email at james.rowell@adventmgt.com or by phone on 07500 623 197. Visit his website at https://www.adventmgt.com. You can also him on LinkedIn at https://www.linkedin.com/in/james-rowell-mba/
