Gary Pettit is both a licensed insolvency practitioner and CEDR accredited mediator.
Gary has been a member of Council at the Association of Business Recovery Professionals and has been a regular speaker for the Association and other parties.
Gary has also been advisor to the (then shadow government) Conservative party on the loan guarantee scheme, invited to comment on the review of football governance and the corporate governance review 2016. Gary has recently been involved with assisting the Government on the director education hub that is planned to be launched later this year.
Gary is often consulted by solicitors and other insolvency practitioners with regards to insolvency related issues, including assistance on acquisitions, defending actions and providing advice surrounding various litigious matters.
On the recommendation of a High Court Judge Gary obtained his accreditation as a mediator and now holds office facilitating settlements of corporate disputes and insolvency-related claims.
In 2014 Gary added another string to his bow when his maiden novel (A Generation of Three) was published by an American Publisher who are now pressing for the sequel! Gary assures everyone that it is not a change in career!
