Powering Performance with Internal Communication
Formula One teams understand that in order for the Team to perform at its peak, each individual team member needs to also be operating at their peak performance too. Like any athlete in any sports team, you need to understand who your team members are, what they think and how they perform at their best.
Communication sits at the heart of peak performance. If Internal Communication can work strategically within the organisation to enable the building blocks of peak performance, it can give your team in your organisation the best possible chance of success.
This 10 Minute Tip will share some useful practices and experience from the world of Formula One on how successful teams communicate, which can be applied in any organisation in any industry.
Organisations of any size need their people to perform to the best of their ability. This tip will explore the role of communication in building peak performance and provide some practical steps any company can put in place.
