About the conversation:

Discover the "Me Factor"

The Key To Personal Effectiveness

Break the link between time and pressure. Avoid the effects of staying under pressure for too long.

"Me" is you.  We'll learn from the following

The "Me" effect on roles:

How "Me" (you) interact with your immediate environment.

Protecting "Me" (you):

How keeping "Me" (you) safe can improve personal effectiveness.

An opportunity for you to refocus your attention from the external to the internal factors that would improve your effectiveness and improve your social interaction.

The need for you to make the main thing the main thing and look after “Me”, that means you!

Very busy people like you will find this really useful because it helps you prioritise your tasks and activities.
