Business Networking Meeting - Milton Keynes Business Coach

'10 Minute Tip' by Andy Dunkley - Milton Keynes Business Coach - 7am until 9:30am

Andy Dunkley is a chartered accountant (FCA) by training. He started with the more SME focused Grant Thornton in Milton Keynes. Then he progressed to the Senior Finance Director role at a $500 Million multi-national business. Andy then transitioned to some major CEO roles.

He led the successful transformation and sale of the Lee Cooper Jeans business for private equity owners before becoming a partner with the same firm. Andy then prepared an online business for floatation by tripling its turnover over 3 years to £75 Million.

Andy is a very experienced speaker, trainer and has been a guest lecturer for the London stock Exchange for multiple Elite programmes which supports entrepreneurs obtaining funding.

Andy is now a business coach with Business Doctors and works really well with owner-managed businesses with employees or new start ups. He has achieved best results with people who are open to change and recognise the need to adapt to meet their goals. He’s also collaborated very successfully  with accountants, lawyers and bankers to help their clients grow sustainably.

Andy is offering a Free Health Check worth £200. He’s also very happy to have a conversation over coffee.

About the conversation:

Do you have a winning or a whining team?

It’s tough to attract good new staff. Vacancies are currently higher than the unemployment rate. Good people have a great choice of organisations they want to work for rather than taking any role that is offered. Do you know your positive point of difference when you are recruiting?

The best employees want to be part of achieving something special. Have you clearly defined your goals? Have you shared them with your team? Does every member of your team know what they need to do to get your vision delivered without knocking on your door every 5 minutes?

Have you thought about how things are really done in your organisation?  Is your office a good place to work? Do all the members of your team know how to make the right decisions or are they queuing at your door?  Do your customers always come to you to solve all their problems? Are you working longer than everyone else in your business? Does your team truly share your values?  Do they fit well with your vision?

Do you have a clear purpose and know how to share it? Do you know how you and your team can make a difference to your customers?

Having a very clear culture, purpose and vision is the foundation to your business. Do you have one? Are you clear on where you are driving to? Are the team clear on where you are all heading? Do you have a foundation for the journey ahead?

This 10 Minute Tip will help you deliver your own goals for your business.
