Darren Pyefinch used to be incredibly unhealthy.  He weighed over 17 stone and smoked heavily.

Following a massive poor health 'wake-up call' involving a blue light trip to hospital, he decided to change his life and get in shape.

Darren hired a Triathlon coach and eventually represented Team GB at the Duathlon World Championships in New Zealand, finishing 37th in the World for his age group.

So, he's been there, done that and has the Team GB tee shirt to prove it.

Darren started Vibrant Fit five years ago to help people like you get into amazing shape. Darren was a heavily overweight software tester who struggled to consistently get trim.
