'10 Minute Tip' by Sarah James - Workplace Health Expert

Sarah James is the Public Health Principal for Workplace Health and Worklessness for Milton Keynes City, Bedford Borough and Central Bedfordshire Councils. Sarah’s career started as a Registered General Nurse at a London teaching hospital.

Sarah gained a BSc in Environmental Health and worked as an Environmental Health Officer and an Environmental Health Manager over a number of years. During this time, Sarah also qualified as an exercise instructor, obtained a post graduate diploma in occupational health. She also graduated with a distinction at Masters level in public health practice. Sarah moved into the field of Public Health in 2016, as Principal Public Health Officer Children and Young People before starting her current role in 2020.

Sarah will be offering all attendees free access to workplace health and wellbeing services, resources, training, expert advice and their award scheme.
