Richard Johnson has held senior roles at global advertising agencies Ogilvy, Saatchi, Saatchi Digital, and McCanns, as well as brand consultancies Landor and Design Bridge & Partners. He has served on the jury for the Effies, D&AD and Cannes awards. In 2008
Richard founded The Gang, where he has guided entrepreneurs and multinationals to substantial brand growth. Richard was an advisor for online policy to the Singapore Government. He currently sits on an Local Skills Improvement Plan for the British film industry.
Richard also regularly mentors start-ups and scale-ups in Buckinghamshire on maximising the power of their brand.
