'10 Minute Tip' by Markus Cox - Collaborative Property Developer - 7am until 9:30am

Markus Cox is a degree educated Mechanical Engineer, obtaining a 2:1 B.Eng (Honours) Degree from Bradford University in 1999. Markus was recruited straight from University to join the famous automotive engineering company Prodrive in Milton Keynes. He then moved to Jaguar Land Rover.

In 2017 Markus took the plunge and left his successful career at Jaguar Land Rover to pursue his passion for property. He’d already built up a small portfolio of Buy-To-Let properties but wanted to work in the property industry full time. So, in 2016 before leaving his job he began to make plans to achieve his goals through property development. Markus now uses his analytical engineering skill-set to develop property. This helps to minimise the risks for all those who collaborate with him as much as possible.

Markus’s background has proved invaluable as he now uses the same collaborative concepts in all areas of his property development business.
