About the conversation:

Learn How To Write A Winning Bid Response

Concentrate on Who is the focus and What is the focus? Avoid the customer’s “So what?” thought when they read your response to their questions. Make sure you directly address what they ask, linking the clear benefits you’ll provide for them to their situation and their priorities.

Show them why you can do it and no one else can… or, at least do it as well as you can or as cheaply as you can. Demonstrate your differentiators, your unique selling points, or competitive edges? Bring all these to the fore in every bid response. Make it relevant.

Make sure you’re very clear about exactly what it is you’re answering. Read the question. Read it again slowly. Make sure you know exactly what you’re being asked. Then answer each part of the question, concisely, in a logical sequence.

When you understand and apply this tip you’ll win a far bigger share of the huge amount of business on offer from bidding and tendering opportunities.  Don't miss out!
