Zamaan came from a very humble background and started in the UK doing cleaning work. At the time, he had a grand plan to become a CEO, and he believed in working hard, learning quickly and doing every job properly, even when nobody was watching.Growth happens when you take responsibility beyond your job title.
One of the biggest lessons in Zamaan's journey was that opportunity often comes when you start thinking beyond your role. He learned to look at problems, ask questions, understand the business, and take ownership instead of waiting for someone else to fix things.
