About the conversation:

Your Marketing Strategy Made Simple

Learn the simple, plain English way to write your own effective ‘strategic’ marketing plan in four easy steps. This Friday morning, 19th June at 7:30am

1) Learn how to create your SMART Goals by looking at your aims

2) Discover how to separate your audience into smaller segments so you can adapt your messaging to attract their response. If you really know your customers you’ll also know what to say to them and what they want from you.

3) Find out how to develop your own tactical plan. Many small business owners will be tempted to spend their Bounce Back Loan on marketing without working out exactly how to spend it wisely to guarantee a great return

4) Evaluate. How will you measure your results so you can continuously improve them? A well thought out marketing strategy is useful for all businesses no matter how large or small.

There’s no need to make your plan complicated or even invest in expensive software. It’s really all about accessing the right business information, that you and your team already know and is probably held in your heads.

You just need to write it down in a logical way by making a hard copy that’s easier to see, read and interpret. To do that all you need is a simple spreadsheet, or a large piece of landscape paper, and a little bit of know-how. That's what Sandra Robertson with give you on Friday morning.
