Karen has designed the UI/UX of The Prosperous Shop, combining best-in-class capability with an easy to use interface.

Wide ranging experience consists of optimising sales & profit through planning,sourcing, fulfilment, stock management and trading.

Karen has delivered retail best-practice through an ability to think laterally. This resulted in a number of intrapreneurship initiatives where thinking outside of IT & workflow norms led to the creation of new, profitable workarounds.

Karen understands financial planning & strategic analysis & is able to work with a strong commitment to financial & strategic constraints.

Karen’s retail experience was gained from blue chip PLC's & mid sized designer chains across a range of product groups, providing her with the expertise required to launch The Prosperous Shop which offers software growth tools for SME retailers.
