'10 Minute Tip' by Paul Green - Founder of The Business Community - 8am to 10am
Paul Green has been a business owner since 2003, which means he’s survived one recession.
Paul founded The Business Community in 2011. It started under a different name as a classic “stand and deliver, minute to win it” business networking group in Northampton.
Paul has grown The Business Community to over 140 members with several different regular events in Northamptonshire and beyond. The Business Community aims to provide its members with far more than just regular business networking. Paul’s focus is on Growth Collaboration and Support.
Paul has worked with 100s of very different small business owners like you, providing them with business advice and coaching. Paul started his networking journey way back in 2003. Paul’s first experience of business networking was in his local BNI chapter.Paul has attended so many different varieties of business networking over the years. That gives him a great depth of experience. Hopefully that will prepare him for the very lightly organised chaos that is The Business Growth Club :-)
About the conversation:
Learn how to get better results from your online business networking
Professional online business networking expert Paul Green who founded The Business Community will deliver this weeks 10 Minute Tip.
Here are some of the key points that Paul will cover this Friday morning from 8am until 10am.1. Discover how to use the “Chat” functionality far more effectively and don’t forget to save your chat before you leave the meeting.
2. Learn why Zoom is not the be all and end all of online business networking?
3. Think carefully about what you did in live, face to face business networking meetings that you’re not doing online. It’s a different medium so it requires different skills and disciplines.
4. Lastly, find out if Paul thinks live, face to face business networking is dead? Will you be going out to meet people, face to face at business networking meetings when you’re allowed to do so?
Paul says “There’s never been a better time to benefit from business networking – online meetings are a much smaller investment in your time and money. If you learn how to make the most of them they’re a great opportunity to promote your business to a much wider audience than before.”
