Simon Ram the founder of Milton Keynes City Television is a seasoned professional with over 40 years of experience in the film and television industry. He began his career in 1998 as an agent, transforming a prominent model agency and establishing one of the UK’s first blue screen studios. As a casting director at Global Casting Network, he pioneered cross-Atlantic video auditions.
In 2002, Simon founded his own agency in Mayfair, specializing in acting, modelling, and photography. He later joined the MCS agency (now KBA) to restructure their actors and celebrity division and support public relations initiatives. With 25 years of teaching experience, he has instructed at prestigious institutions, including The Old Vic and Charing Cross Theatre.
A filmmaker at heart, Simon has written, produced, and directed several films, including LEXI and TENS, with his latest screenplay, LOVE AND BULLETS, in pre-production. He is also the co-owner of Archangel Films and actively supports the arts community, notably donating his expertise to Milton Keynes Arts Central.
Recently, Simon has taken on a new venture with the launch of Milton Keynes City Television, planning for Channel 6 in 2027/2028, further demonstrating his commitment to innovation in the entertainment industry.
